Actual pay may differ depending on these factors. <br/><br/><b>Job Description</b><br/><br/><b>What You Will Do:</b><br/><ul><li>Fulfill transitional Director of Finance/Controller roles, ensuring continuity and financial compliance across assigned properties.</li><li>Analyze hotel financials, including labor, forecasts, and budgets, and advise teams on strategies for cost control and revenue improvement.</li><li>Lead property accounting teams and train department heads on financial tools, reporting standards, and operational best practices.</li><li>Oversee accounting functions including payroll, AP/AR, tax accruals, and credit card reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Manage risk and audit processes, enforce internal controls, and ensure timely month-end close, licensing, and PCI compliance.</li></ul><br/><br/><b>What We Are Looking For:</b><br/><ul><li>3+ years of financial accounting experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.</li><li>Strong understanding of AP, income audit, and GL reconciliation; hotel finance and full-service operations preferred.</li><li>Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive (CHAE) certification preferred.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with POS/PMS systems; experience with Sage300, ProfitSage, Coupa, Workday, and Concur preferred.</li><li>Willingness to travel 80%+ to support property needs across the portfolio.</li></ul><br/><br/><b>What Atrium Leadership Looks Like:</b><br/><ul><li><b>Accountable Achiever: </b>You take ownership and deliver results.</li><li><b>Agile Thinker: </b>You adapt quickly to changing circumstances.</li><li><b>Talent Curator</b>: You attract, develop, and retain top talent.</li><li><b>Transparent Leader: </b>You communicate openly and honestly.</li><li><b>Leading with SPIRIT: </b>You embody our core values of Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation and Teamwork.</li></ul><br/><br/>Hear it from Maria O.
