What will you do as an Account Manager at Etna?

Everything from cultivating client relationships to partnering with internal teams to build and present creative ideas and strategies... and then some.

As an Account Manager, you will:
  • Manage and guide client relationship and online marketing with a consultative approach
  • Develop project scopes, marketing briefs, assist in developing strategy, secure approval on strategy and manage to achieve goals and objectives
  • Manage client budget and creative approvals
  • Lead on the management of and reporting on success metrics, internal tracking documents, and quarterly client reports
  • Partner with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing, Creative, Development, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects, tactics, and campaigns
  • Manage and secure client approvals of scope of work, project estimates and invoices and work with client to update status and revise project scopes as necessary
  • Interpret client requests, technical requirements, and data to write effective tickets and scopes of work and communicate needs and expectations with clients
  • Analyze data and account performance and report to clients on a monthly basis
  • Build and present client-facing seasonal marketing plans
  • Present new marketing opportunities and recommended technical upgrades to clients
  • Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to clients

Salary:

The estimated base salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn an additional $8,000 to $14,000 through incentive-based compensation tied to achieving client targets. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily the candidate's level of experience and qualifications. At Etna Interactive, we strive to offer competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards and reflect the value of the skills and expertise that candidates bring to the table. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, educational background, demonstrated skills and abilities, and the specific requirements of the position.
