Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Job Type: Full-time / Shift Work

Shift Pattern: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Second Shift)

Location: Main Warehouse – Las Vegas, NV.

About the Role

Are you skilled with your hands and looking for a consistent, rewarding warehouse opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented Furniture Repair Technician & Assembler to join our team via Indeed Flex. In this role, you will play a crucial part in restoring, touching up, and preparing quality furniture pieces for distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Furniture Inspection: Examine worn, damaged, or returned furniture to evaluate the extent of repairs required.
  • Hands-on Repair Work: Perform basic to intermediate repairs across a variety of materials, including wood, laminate, leather, vinyl, and upholstery.
  • Daily Touch-ups: Conduct routine touch-ups, surface fixes, and minor adjustments to maintain inventory quality standards.
  • Inventory & Parts Management: Order, restock, and maintain repair hardware, parts, and daily restoration supplies.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Log completed pieces daily for warehouse inventory and performance tracking reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain consistent output and high craftsmanship standards to meet team goals.
  • Complex Repairs: Route and prepare major structural or complex furniture repairs for transfer to the specialized repair shop.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in furniture repair, woodworking, upholstery, or general assembly/maintenance.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, wood stain touch-ups, color matching, and upholstery techniques.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to consistently work the 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM shift.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move furniture pieces as needed throughout the shift.
