Job Description

Our senior recruiters move fast to land world-class engineering talent, and they need a sharp, dependable, and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to keep up the pace right alongside them.

Think of this role as the trusted operational copilot for our talent team. You will step in as the reliable anchor - taking ownership of complex interview logistics, time-zone puzzle-solving, and candidate communication so our recruiters can stay focused on building relationships and closing top talent. You bring a thoughtful, organized, and reassuring presence to a fast-moving hiring pipeline.

How You Will Support the Team

  • Keep Up the Pace: Partner closely with fast-moving senior recruiters to manage pipeline momentum, processing applicants, taking multi-interviewer loops, live coding setups, and executive panels off their plates.

  • Master the Time Zones: Effortlessly map out complex calendars across global engineering teams (Americas, EMEA) so interviews happen quickly and seamlessly.

  • Deliver Warm Candidate Care: Act as a helpful, reassuring guide for candidates—providing clear prep packages, setting up virtual interview rooms, and keeping them informed every step of the way.

  • Maintain Pipeline Momentum: Gently keep hiring teams on track with post-interview scorecards, helping maintain high feedback speed without creating unnecessary friction.

  • Keep Systems Clean & Simple: Maintain clear, organized data in our ATS (SmartRecruiters), making it effortless for recruiters and hiring managers to see candidate progress at a glance.

Qualifications

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Smart & Intuitive: You anticipate what recruiters and hiring managers need before calendar bottlenecks even happen.

  • Attentive to Details: You naturally double-check time zones, interview links, and schedule details so everything runs smoothly on the first try.

  • Warm & Clear Communicator: You communicate with genuine care and clarity, whether updating a candidate or sending a quick sync to a busy Engineering Director.

  • Experienced in Tech Hiring: 3+ years in a recruiting coordination role within software, cloud infrastructure, or tech search environments.

  • Comfortable with Modern Tech Stacks: Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms, calendar tools and AI assistants
