Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.<br><br><strong><strong>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Patrols property, inside and out during all shifts </li><li>Check doors and stairwells to make sure they are secure </li><li>Respond to complaints and calls for help </li><li>Purchase, maintain and monitor security cameras and alarm systems </li><li>Escorts unruly patrons and loiters from the property </li><li>Assists with securing taxi for inebriated guests </li><li>Fills out report at end of shift </li><li>Perform various other duties as assigned <br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Minimum of two (2) years in Security role </li><li>Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred, Peace Office training preferred <br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Authoritative verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations. </li><li>Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings </li><li>The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
